Your records and your choices. Care AI Pro keeps a local copy of your family's medical records. Signed-in accounts also have automatic cloud backup enabled by default; you can turn it off in Backup. AI features send document content, questions and relevant health context to Google's AI service. Sharing sends the selected profile summary or contribution to the cloud. See the details below before using these features.

1. Who we are

Care AI Pro is developed by TechSocket, India. Contact senttofaizan@gmail.com about privacy, access, corrections or deletion.

2. Data stored on your device

The app stores documents and images, extracted medical information, family profiles, medicines, readings, dose logs, visits, notes and AI conversations in its private local storage. This lets you read saved records offline. Wearable activity is cached locally for your own profile. Your device lock and operating system protect access to the app's private storage.

Uninstalling removes the app's local storage but does not delete your account or cloud backup. Exported files and copies on other devices remain outside this installation.

3. Data sent to services

Feature and dataDestination and purpose
Sign-in: email address or phone number, account identifier, display name and sign-in credentials or provider tokens.Google Firebase Authentication, to authenticate your account.
Backup: family profiles, medical records and extracted details, medicines, readings, notes, dose history, appointments, AI chat history and associated document/reading images or PDFs.Google Cloud Storage for Firebase, in your account's private backup space, for reinstall and device-to-device restore. Automatic backup is enabled by default for signed-in users and runs when due while the app is active; manual backup is also available. Document uploads may be limited by the account's storage allowance. Turning off automatic backup stops future automatic runs; it does not delete an existing backup. An empty installation may restore an existing backup after sign-in.
AI: document images/PDFs or text for extraction and explanation; questions, conversation context and relevant profile and record details; health notes; and, for your own profile when enough activity is available, recent wearable averages.Google's Gemini models through Care AI Pro's Firebase backend, to extract information, explain records, answer questions and generate care discussion prompts. Some explanations or context updates run as part of a feature without a separate Scan or Ask tap. Customer-data processing is covered by Google's applicable Cloud Data Processing Addendum and service terms. Google's Cloud privacy notice describes its operational service data.
Temporary AI results, which may contain medical information. The backend keeps an account-linked result so a completed request can be retrieved after a lost connection without charging again. Retry access expires after one hour. Scheduled cleanup removes expired copies; physical deletion may happen later than access expiry. These results are separate from credit-accounting records.
Credit purchases and balances.Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. Care AI Pro verifies transaction information and stores account-linked credit balances, purchase-verification and usage records to deliver credits, prevent duplicate grants and handle refunds. Care AI Pro's credit service does not receive payment-card details. Purchased credits do not expire.
AI context notes and usage counters.Cloud Firestore under your account, to retain assistant context and track feature allowances across devices.
Shared profile summary: name, date of birth, blood group, height/weight, conditions and current medicines, plus owner identity and access permissions.Cloud Firestore, to make the selected summary available to the verified member email you specified or a verified invited email that has accepted. This shared summary does not include your document images, timeline or chat history.
Caregiver contributions: doses, readings, notes, visits and report images/PDFs.Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage, so the profile owner can receive and file them. The app attempts to delete staged contributions after processing or discarding them; documents can remain pending until the owner handles them. A failed cleanup can leave a cloud copy and should be reported to support.
Invitation delivery: recipient email, inviter name/email, shared profile name and invitation details.Cloud Firestore's email delivery queue and the configured email provider, to send invitations. Delivered messages may remain in the sender's or recipient's email account.

These services are provided by Google. See Firebase privacy information. We do not sell your data, show advertising, or include advertising or analytics SDKs in this app. We do not claim that all Google services process data in a single region.

4. Sharing and exports

You control which profile you share and who can contribute. A member's own verified email can access a profile shared with that address; invited users must accept with their verified email. Remove access in Sharing to stop future access through the app. Removing one recipient does not delete a summary still shared with others. People may retain information they have already viewed, exported or received by email. PDF exports and files you send using other apps are controlled by you and those services.

5. Health Connect and Apple Health

With system permission, Care AI Pro reads steps, heart rate, resting heart rate and sleep through Android Health Connect or Apple HealthKit for your own profile. It uses this data to display activity and health context. It does not request blood oxygen or weight access in this version.

Raw wearable activity rows are excluded from the app's cloud backup. However, when your own profile has at least seven days of activity, AI chat and health check-in context can include recent averages for steps, resting heart rate and sleep. These summaries are sent to Google's AI service with the relevant request. Answers discussing them can become part of saved chat history and its backup.

You can disconnect in the app's Activity settings, which clears the local activity cache, or revoke permission in Health Connect or Apple Health settings. Revoking access stops future reads; it does not retract data already included in an AI request, saved conversation or export.

6. AI limitations

Care AI Pro helps organise and explain records. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a qualified healthcare professional. AI answers may be wrong. Review extracted document details before saving, and discuss medical decisions with your clinician. Do not rely on the app for emergencies.

7. Permissions

8. Retention and security

Local records remain until you delete them or clear the app's storage. Cloud backups and account data can remain after uninstalling and until replaced or deleted. Deleting an individual local record does not immediately erase older backup files. Access rules restrict account backups to their owner and shared data to authorised users. Connections to Firebase and the AI service use encryption in transit; cloud storage services also provide encryption at rest. No system guarantees absolute security.

Account deletion also requests removal of the credit wallet, operation history, temporary AI results and stored purchase-token lookup records. Limited hashed purchase/account references and transaction status remain to prevent reuse of redeemed or refunded purchases. A deletion marker tied to the old account ID prevents in-flight requests from recreating its wallet. These retained records do not contain medical documents, prompts or AI responses. Deleting your account does not itself request a refund from the store.

The app does not control Google's service-level operational logs or the retention of files you export and messages other people receive. Contact us about any data you believe remains after deletion or a cleanup error.

9. Family and children's records

The app is intended for adults managing their own or their family's records. Add a child's records only if you are their parent or guardian, and add another person's information only with appropriate permission. We do not claim that the sign-in screen verifies a user's age.

10. Access, correction and deletion

You can view and correct saved records in the app. For account deletion, use Settings → Delete account, or follow the web account-deletion instructions without reinstalling the app. The app attempts to erase this account's local records, cloud backup, AI context, usage data, shares and invitations, and remove the sign-in account. Cloud cleanup failures keep the sign-in account and local records available for a retry. Any reported failure needs a retry or a support request. Invitation email delivery records, invitations received from other owners and contributions sent to another owner are not removed by this in-app process; contact support to request review of those records.

To request deletion, access or correction from support, email senttofaizan@gmail.com. Include the sign-in email or phone number, but never send a password, one-time code or medical documents. We may ask for account verification before acting. The deletion page explains the scope and copies outside the app's control.
